Supporting the development of the regional Cultural Partnership, working with DG Unlimited, Dumfries and Galloway Council, South of Scotland Enterprise and Dumfries and Galloway Museums and Heritage Network across partnership coordination, communications, sector engagement and strategic development.

Creative Producer | DG Unlimited | 2025–2026
Creative producing and regional arts development across Dumfries and Galloway. Developed and delivered sector-wide initiatives including Leaders Unlimited: The Third Wave and the Creative Compass Workshop Series, working across programme development, partnerships, professional development and sector engagement.

Theatre Coordinator | Redgrave Theatre | 2022–2025
Coordinated venue programming and production delivery across technical, marketing, box office and front-of-house departments. Worked with visiting companies, supported audience development and produced biannual showcases platforming local artists.

Designed and delivered Actor Development Courses Levels 1 and 2, leading year-long training programmes for cohorts of approximately 25 adult participants.
